Production Process

Bulk Production
Once the prototype samples are approved, we initiate large-scale manufacturing based on the finalized tech packs for each garment.
Cutting and Sewing
Fabric cutting begins, followed by grading. Sewing of the panels starts after the initial quality control check.
Process Updates
We keep you informed at every stage of production to ensure that the garments are crafted precisely to your specifications.
Quality Control
A rigorous 4-stage quality control process is applied to ensure that every garment reaches you in perfect condition, free of any defects.

Finishing And Packing

Final Inspection
In the fourth stage of quality control, every garment is thoroughly inspected by a team member to detect and correct any uncommon defects.
Labeling and Tagging
Personalized labels, tags, barcodes, and stickers are affixed to the garments before they proceed to the final stage.
Sustainable Packaging
We are committed to eco-friendly practices, offering packaging solutions that range from biodegradable materials to FSC recycled tags.
Final Packing
Once all stages are completed and technical details are verified, the products are carefully packed into boxes for delivery.

After production, each product undergoes our rigorous quality control process. We ensure that every item adheres to all technical specifications and remove any defective products. We carefully inspect the fabric, stitching, sizing, and minor details before moving to the final packaging stage.

Following quality control, each product receives a quick final check before proceeding. During packaging, we adhere to the customer’s specifications, ensuring that items are packed with the correct hang tags, barcodes, care labels, and poly bags. Custom designs are easily accommodated.
