Techniques

Sublimination Printing
Sublimation printing is a widely used technique that transfers designs from sublimation paper onto fabric using a heat press at temperatures ranging between 175 and 230°C. This method is ideal for transforming fully customized designs into any wearable form, whether it's for promoting an event or creating uniforms for a football game, allowing you to personalize every inch of the fabric. The process is entirely eco-friendly and free of harmful substances. It can even replace traditional dyeing methods, which typically consume large amounts of water. Instead of using hundreds of liters of water to dye a single t-shirt, sublimation printing requires just 5ml of ink to achieve even better results.
3D Printing
In recent years, 3D printing has become a growing trend in the fashion industry, and FRINT was quick to adopt this innovative technique, now offering it to their clients. To create a three-dimensional effect on clothing, we use high-density screen printing. This involves applying thick plastisol inks that are specially formulated to produce elevated, 3D ink layers with crisp edges when printed through thick stencils. This method allows your design to rise off the fabric with sharp edges and smooth surfaces. The print will stand about an eighth of an inch (1/8") above the fabric, giving it a textured, raised feel. This technique has proven to be one of the most durable and robust methods compared to other screen printing alternatives.
